CoAdvocate.ai on desktop and phone: an inbox where each co-parenting message is summarized and scored, beside a calm reply on mobile

Works without your co-parent

Nothing for them to install

Your co-parent keeps using their own email. No app, no account, no invitation to accept.

Just email on their end

Any email address can reach your CoAdvocate.ai address, so there's nothing for them to set up.

Works even if they never cooperate

You don't need their permission, their participation, or their good behavior.

You know the feeling

Their name appears in your inbox, and your stomach drops.

You read it three times. You draft the reply you want to send — then delete it, because you know how it would look later. You sit with it for an hour you don't have. And the whole time, a quiet voice asks: is anyone keeping track of all this?

What it does

Three things, every day

Handle difficult messages

Each message arrives summarized and scored for tension, and a tone check reads your reply before it goes.

Help that knows your plan

Answers and drafts that quote your parenting plan, section by section. Not legal advice.

See plan-aware help

A record you can rely on

Within the app, neither you nor your co-parent can alter or delete a message once it's sent.

See the record
See it clearly

Know what you're walking into.

Each message is read for tone and potential conflict and surfaced calmly: a short summary, how tense it is, and whether it pulls the kids in. Never alarming colors, just clear signal. You learn what's inside before it can blindside you.

A message from Derek opened in CoAdvocate.ai: how tense it is, how urgent, a short summary, and a note that it involves the children in the disagreement
Not legal advice.
The plan, not the argument

Your parenting plan, quoted back to you.

Upload your parenting plan or court order and CoAdvocate.ai reads it. When a message touches pickup, holidays, money or decisions, you see exactly what the plan says, with the section cited.

CoAdvocate.ai quotes your documents. It isn't legal advice.
Before you hit send

Catch the line you'd regret.

When emotions run high, a private tone check flags the line that would start a fight, says why, and offers a calmer version. The reply that protects your child and your case, not the one written to win the moment.

A reply being written, with a tone check flagging a sarcastic phrase, explaining why, and offering a calmer version
Just for you

Somewhere private to think it through.

Talk it through with the companion before you decide how to respond. It isn't sent to your co-parent and it isn't part of your message record.

The companion is helpful but not perfect, and not legal advice.

A record neither of you can edit

Messages tied to your co-parent are preserved as a timestamped, legal-grade record. Within the app, neither you nor your co-parent can alter or delete a message once it's sent — so in a he-said/she-said dispute, you have the record.

Permanent by design

Your address is never recycled or reassigned, even if you close your account. Courts can reference it. It will not vanish when you need it most.

Somewhere to fall apart

A separate space to be human.

You can vent to the companion. Ask the frightened question. Work through what you're really feeling before you decide how to respond — a space to find your footing, not to build your case.

By design, we keep your conversations with the companion out of your evidence export and don't surface them to your attorney through CoAdvocate.ai — the place where you process and the place that holds your proof are meant to stay apart. As noted, these conversations aren't legally privileged and could be discoverable if a court specifically compels it, and they're automatically deleted after a window you choose — 48 hours to 7 days — a space to process, not a record you keep.

A new companion conversation: private, not sent to your co-parent, and deleted automatically 2 days after the last message
Privacy settings: every message is kept as a legal-grade record, and companion chats auto-delete after 2, 3, 5 or 7 days

Not legal advice.
